Place your DONATION ORDER from ANYWHERE you can get online.

One way you can help Caring Hearts for Horses is by placing an In Store Pick Up order online at Tractorsupply.com in our name. If the item or items you are donating to us are Out of Stock you also have the option of 2 different area locations for availability.

 

Those locations are Kingman Az and Bullhead City Az. We have provided 2 different screenshots below that show you exactly how the Pick Up page should read for a flawless order and pick up.

*Please make sure to keep a copy of the receipt for your taxes.

PLEASE READ 

if you have not placed a gift order for CHH before

*This is not a Tractor Supply sponsored donation program. Simply a way to place an order for us to pick up. You will need to save your receipt for your tax donation at the end of the year

Step 1 

Go to TractorSupply.com and use the menu bar on the left or type in the item you're looking for in the search bar.

In our example it is Triple Crown Senior and Complete

Step 2 

Choose the item you wish to purchase and the amount. Choose Pickup In Store today (free)

Make sure that the store address chosen is Kingman AZ or Bullhead City AZ.

If the item shows not available in store you can choose 'Ship To Store' or

choose the other location to see if they currently have it in stock for pick up.

Step 3 

After you have clicked on the green 'Add to Cart' button you will see the page below.

Double check the information and click on the green 'Secure Checkout' button

Step 4 

This is a very important step

Here you will fill in the information for the pickup person.

In the First Name: Caring Hearts and in the Last Name: for Horses

an example of adding our name is below

then click the 'Continue Payment' button

Step 5

Check to make sure that your final page before paying looks like the one below.

The store address will read Kingman or Bullhead City and

the Pickup Person will match the information below.

Final Step

Click on 'Continue to Payment'

And you can choose to use your PayPal account or

add your Credit/Debit card information and click on, Yep you got it

       'Place Order'

It is our hope that the steps and screenshots made your gifting process very smooth and quick without any confusion.

 

This way both of us will receive a notification for the purchase and you will be able to print or pdf print to safe your final purchase page as well for your taxes.
